Starting our Floorbook

MNU 10a – I am aware of how routines and events in my world link with times and seasons

This week we have started our floorbook on the topic of Autumn. We started by identifying what we already knew and what we wanted to learn.

We discussed the changes in weather that happen between the season of Summer and Autumn. We then played a matching activity based on what we would wear outdoors in each season.

Throughout doing this we started our wall display! The children have started making spooky Pumpkins and using handprints to make a tree.
