Nursery update
Thursday 21st May 2020
Dear Parents,
I hope this email finds everyone in good health, I am sure you will agree the weather has certainly helped us cope over the past few weeks.
In response to the first minister’s announcement today I am going to collate information from all our families in order to plan for reopening.
Can everyone please give me a date to start using the nursery, the government guidance is alluding to a full service by August, obviously this is phase 3 and based on how phase one and two go.
So can you provide a Date you wish to return by Monday 25th May if possible this will allow us to make an informed decision as to how we proceed.
We have had the nursery deep cleaned and have been stocking up on PPE with our weekly allowance whilst we have been closed, we have invested in a proper outdoor gazebo and will be outdoors as much as we can. We will adopt a drop off routine at the front door and everyone entering will wash/ sanitise hands. We will promote social distance as much as possible and will obviously ask if anyone has symptoms related to covid 19 they do not attend, by now we all know the rules and can use our common sense.
Our main priority remains everyone’s health and wellbeing, we do however understand in order for people to get back to work our service is essential.
Please call me on 07917625510 or email me info@thestationhousenursery.co.uk if you want to chat further about any issues or concerns, I appreciate everyone has their own challenges and set of circumstances surrounding planning the next few months, I will try my very best to accommodate everyone, staff parents and children.
Thanks to everyone for your ongoing support, some of the emails we have received are quite honestly the main thing that’s kept us going right now!
Kind Regards
Lynne
