Fee Update

Good Morning,

Just a quick update for starting back, a few people have asked about fee’s .

I will sort out individual fees next week when we are back to normal,

In general,

If you paid January and didn’t attend, this will cover March

If you paid January and February and didn’t attend , this will cover  March and April

For week commencing 22nd Feb you can pay for sessions used that week ( full day £47, am £27, pm £27)

This is probably the simplest way of calculating fees?

However, if for example you paid January and would prefer me to take one week off for the last week in February (next week) and refund the difference please email me and let me know.

If you didn’t pay January or February then just pay for next week then start your payment on 1st March as usual.

I do know its confusing and not everyone’s is straightforward, I will work through them quickly as possible.

 

Also someone enquired about our inspection, I wanted to reiterate it was a COVID inspection and I’ve not seen any nursery get more than a 4 which is what we got for every quality indicator, it was not a normal inspection. They looked at how we handled the Covid outbreak we had and how we have mitigated risk since and how we continue to risk asses, one example on our risk assessment was “increased cleaning of touch points” they wanted us to be more specific and say what its increased from and too. there were no requirements for improvement, whish is unusual. Overall it was very positive and reassuring for us, nice to know we are doing everything we can and continue to keep up with legislation.

Finally all children will return into their own rooms from Monday with the staff they are familiar with till everyone settles back into nursery, I am confident that wont take long as I am sure the children are all ready to return!
